Job Summary

QUALIFIACTIONS. • Individual must have a personal computer/smart phone. • Computer navigation skills, general computer knowledge, and MS Office understanding • Expert skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook etc) • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally. • Excellent organizational and planning skills. • Must be highly motivated and able to multi-task. • Exercises judgment and decision making abilities • Performs various other duties as assigned • At least 1-3 years’ work experience Responsibilities Provides clerical office support to office staff by performing routine duties such as typing, filing, answering phones, and a variety of other office duties. Develop and implement organized filing systems. Performs a variety of entry level office duties, which typically include Data Entry, Emailing documents, Answering the telephone and transferring calls to appropriate staff; taking messages. Navigating company website and working on assigned task. <br> Education High school diploma/diploma/university degree. Position Available: 3
