Universidad Nacional Experimental Simón Rodríguez is a university in Caracas founded in 1974. The UNESR was created by presidential decree Nº 1,582, dated January 24, 1974, as an alternative for higher education in Venezuela. Initially, it was proposed to build a curricular development strategy that would allow for the gradual expansion of student enrollment and the design of experimental formulas aimed at exploring ways of solving three essential questions in university problems:
