San Pablo Catholic University, known locally as Universidad Católica San Pablo (UCSP) is a private university in Arequipa, Peru. The university is owned by the Sodalitium Christianae Vitae. The San Pablo Catholic University receives the provisional authorization to operate on January 10, 1997, through Resolution 190-97-CONAFU. That year, the then San Pablo University offered to society the study programs of Business Administration and Accounting. For the year 1999, the Computer Engineering study program was created, thus increasing the educational offer and the possibility of contributing to the training of engineers with high professional and human capacity in this field of knowledge.
