The Universidad Centro Médico Bautista (UCMB) was founded in 2009, however, its beginnings date back to 1953 when the, then Hospital Bautista, opened its doors to the public as the Maternal and Child Hospital and inaugurated the "School of Nursing" of the Asuncion Baptist Hospital. Headquartered in the city of Asunción, the University educates competent, committed, and compassionate students.
