The International University of Science and Technology believes that Higher Education institutions must play a decisive role in the complementary training of the student, thus continuing this important work begun by the Preschool, Basic, Premedia and Middle Education institutions. It will fulfill the guiding role regarding the fundamental, continuous and permanent process of socialization to which the human being is subjected from his own gestation until his spirit transcends.
